Overview

A housing marketplace helping university students, with a primary focus on ICT University, find accommodation near campus, viewable in both 2D galleries and interactive 3D property tours.

The Challenge

Students relocating to a new city for university had no trusted, digital-first way to view and reserve housing near campus without an in-person visit.

The Solution

Built a Python/Django backend serving both 2D image galleries and 3D building models, backed by fault-tolerant distributed storage for media availability, plus MTN MoMo payment integration for reservations.

Outcome

Students can browse listings in 2D or 3D and pay a reservation fee without leaving the platform.
